Is the tree stand supposed to have a fitting to lock tree into the stand! Also the branches are all so squished in the box it’s taking hours to open up the branches!

The tree stand is designed to securely hold the pole in place without requiring an additional locking fitting, though it should feel snug once properly aligned and tightened. The branches can look quite compact right out of the box, as they’re intentionally packed tightly for protection during shipping. Correct instructions would help

We rather like the tree, but the assembly instructions were totally wrong. It took us hours to learn that our tree was a new model and has no stand key or light connectors to assemble. It was INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING and really stressed my husband and me!

Good quality trees

NO HELP NEEDED!

The tree is nicer than pictured in the catalog! So easy to assemble because the directions were easy to follow with the pictures. I learned we are not good ‘fluffers’ but we will catch on. I can’t wait to put ornaments on it. We got the tree on sale with an additional discount so we are really pleased with the price.

poor product

just bought this tree the stand had no stand key no key holes at all made the tree spin at the base had to use a new stand that worked but then the middle section was lose when added and it spun also. the pipes were incorrectly made. Very disappointed, not worth the price. They show beauty in advertising but the product is poorly made.
