  • Some of the branches were different shades of green and there were little pieces of silver needles. I would have liked more lights but I'm happy with how it looks overall.

Perfect tree!

This tree was prettier than the pictures, and it was gorgeous in the pictures on line. It is so life-like and fits perfectly in my small space by the fireplace! My husband loved the ease of putting it together and not searching for a place to plug in each section! No flimsy limbs so easy to hang ornaments! Just perfectfor us! Totally satisfied with our purchase!

Pretty tree but…

The tree is beautiful but I have had 11 branch tips break off as I was either fluffing it or hanging ornaments. This was very concerning as I have not had this happen on any artificial trees in the past.

Nice Tree!

Our Fraser Fir is beautiful! It was delivered quickly, great storage bag, and a nice small bag with stand, instruction booklet, gloves, extra bulbs, etc. Just a few “glitches”… The large Instruction Booklet explained in detail about setting up the tree and screw holes with a key to turn the screws to secure the tree. Our particular tree stand did not have those holes. Found directions for our particular tree on a small sheet of paper in a smaller folder. Caused a little stress, because we thought we had the wrong stand The location of wires for our pre-lit tree, made “fluffing” a little more difficult than previous pre-lit trees. Had to buy larger ornament hooks to fit over branches.

Great tree

This tree is just beautiful and perfect if you have taller ceilings, but you have a narrower space it fits perfectly in the front window. The needle foliage is totally realistic and as I was with Balsam Hill an excellent product I love the lights because they really resemble a warm glow incandescent light.

Disappointed

Sets too high off the floor. Very hard to fill out the beaches to make it look full. Doesn’t look like the picture on website.

Holey Tree

Easy to unbox and setup. The tree itself seems like it’s missing limbs. There are some big gaps and doesn’t look like the picture.
