Not very full at all
Bought our tree at the end of last season and put it up for the first time today. It was remarkably less full than expected despite my attempts to fluff it and adjust the branches. Several lights were out and I tried to replace them with the extras that were provided, but they would not light. Disappointed that there is no plug at the top to plug in our tree top star. Also seems rather unsteady in its stand.

Not as Realistic as I'd Hoped It Would Be
We have the 9' Fraser Fir Narrow and it is not all that realistic. The branches and needles are very thick and waxy, making adding delicate ornaments difficult. Fluffing is easier in some areas than others, which make the tree look sparse in patches. When up close the thick, waxy needles make the tree look plastic. Very disappointed in the quality of this tree.

Does not remotely look like the picture on website
I purchased this post Christmas last year. I did set it up to make sure the lights worked etc. My Bad, I didn't take the time to fully fluff out the branches. Setting it up today following the instructions it doesn't come any where close to being as pictured. Lots of gaps. I did send in an email

Love love love!
I've wanted a Balsam Hill tree for YEARS! And after my cheapy Target tree crapped out last Christmas, I decided it was time for a higher quality tree. I got the tree and set it up right away to test that it works. It was SO easy to put together! Each section simply snaps together and there's only 1 single plug which has controls for the lighting settings. It also comes with a handy utility bag that includes gloves, extra bulbs, the tree stand, a remote, etc. It also comes with a huge bag to hold the tree. The LED lights are gorgeous, and I'm so happy I have the option to do color, clear, or both. And that the brightness is adjustable. The branch types are mixed throughout the tree, and it looks super full and realistic. I'm OBSESSED! And I can't wait to use it during the holidays.

No I would not buy or recommend this tree.
I am not sure where to begin. After 40 or so years of real Christmas Trees I decided to go with an artificial one. For many years I have heard how wonderful the Balsam Hill trees are. So after searching for a tree that would fit my needs I chose the Fraser Fir Narrow tree. It came early in 2023. I pulled the tree out of the box and put it together (which was very easy) to make sure the lights worked. I did not fluff the tree because it was going to go right back into the box until Christmas. BIG MISTAKE! When Christmas came I started to assemble the tree. I started with the bottom and tried to fluff. The more unrealistic branches were easy to fluff but when it came time to fluff the outer branches ( the more realistic branches ) the strands of lights were so tight I couldn't get them to look anything like the picture of what it is supposed to look like. There were so many holes in the tree and the shape was horrible. The second section of the tree looked wider than the bottom section in some areas. I am not sure how this tree could look anything like the picture that was shown on the site. I had to add ribbon to fill in the holes and pics to make it look balanced. I did read a review where the person had the same issues however he sent his back right away. I am heartbroken because the tree was not cheap and Balsam Hill came highly recommended. I am too far out to return it and when I called the company other than adding ribbon to hide the holes there was nothing they could do or suggest to make the tree a bit fuller. What a costly mistake. I am now searching for a Christmas Tree again. I am so disappointed and am very sad to say I don't think I would ever recommend Balsam Hill. Also for all of you watching utubers that have these trees remember these trees are given to them so who would want to say these trees aren't all they say they are.

This tree is no where close to the image on the website..
the tree looks cheap and flimsy....so disappointed and will be sending it back. not up to balsam hill standards by any stretch. i was replacing a balsam hill tree from 7 yrs ago and will be rethinking buying another one from them

Highly Recommend after 3 Seasons of Use
The BH narrow Fraser is not quite as narrow as our former tree of 16 yrs & looks more natural. Since we got the Clear + Color LED that has more lights, it droops a bit in spots due to the weight. That doesn't bother us a bit, as we prefer more light in our dark room, & we place poinsettias & larger decor in the few gaps. This is our 3rd season with the tree & we just love it. I highly recommend getting the Clear + Color that has 30% more lights if your room is a little dark. The fluffing gloves are great, but this tree doesn't require much fluffing. Easy to assemble & looks fantastic!

Very realistic
This is my fourth Balsam Hill Christmas tree. I had Alpine Balsam Fir, Stratford Spruce, Sanibel Spruce (returned), and now 6.5" BH Fraser Fir Narrow. The tree looks very nice. The branches are thick and look real. If someone is patient in decorating, I recommend this tree. For me, it took a lot of time to hang decorations on these thick branches. Now I'm thinking again about a new Balsam Hill tree for next Christmas. My favorite Christmas tree, based on the photos, is Sanibel Spruce. I ordered it once, and I had to return it because many of the branches were gray and not green. Maybe I should try again. But for now, I am happy with my BH Fraser Fir tree.
