Exactly what I needed
I appreciate being able to search on the web for exactly what I needed and have it delivered as expected. When I needed to change my order, the process/communication was successful.
Comfy
Did not require any "break in" period. Slept well the first night. Very comfortable and easy to lift when changing sheets.
I LOVE IT!
Love Love Love my new Mattress (Serta Perfect Sleep Blue Logoon Night 12" Firm) It's firm/supportive with a pillowy soft top and with it's cooling element I am no longer getting overly warm. I've slept through the night this past week and can't remember how long it's been since that happened so "Magical" YEP!! I'm very happy....
Disappointment
Although I had the assistance of a cosmetics person, the Mighty Fine she sold me is completely the wrong color and I am going to bring it in for replacement, next time I have a ride to Macy's.

Unless your buying for a child do not buy this. I’m sorry I was so disappointed. Returned promptly to Macys store. Wish I would have taken picture. In future I will.

My new mattress is just what I needed, firm but comfortable. The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I made my choice!
Disappointed
Not at all what I expected. I do not recommend. I will need to replace this mattress VERY soon. It’s pretty, but very poor quality.
