Disappointed
This is the second tree I’ve purchased from Balsam Hill. The first one I had for a few years and it was a beautiful 10’ slim tree. I had to sell it because I moved and did not have the high ceiling any longer. The recent one I purchased is not as impressive for sure. It is very sparse and has multiple noticeable holes once it is fully “fluffed” and lit up. It is just not the same as my other one. Honestly I am disappointed that I spent so much on this tree. I was expecting more than I got.

Lovely!!
Our order was received and I like the appearance of the branched. Have not put it together, so hope the lights connection is as easy as you made it and that they all light up. I will advise again once I have it put together and up!!!!

Almost Perfect
The realism of the tree itself sets it apart from all others I have seen. The branches are spaced such that you can properly display your made to be hanging ornaments. There are a lot of wires but arranging your branches can mostly hide that. The ease of storage, carrying it and setting it up is to be appreciated. The lighting is perfectly balanced. The colors are vibrant. The white is elegant. However, there is no glimmering soft twinkle. It’s been difficult trying to remedy this but I’m searching and hopeful. Yes perhaps there is such a thing as too many lights but it would be perfect if Balsam Hill would provide this option. P.S. Not some fast, flashing, racing programmed eye strain of string micro lights but more like a realistic white glimmering twinkle of softly falling snow. Same for making eye candy with twinkling multi colored lights. This will create such a depth of dimensions. Green wire. Length sized to fit the tree. Please.

Its nice but not as dense as It shows on the website. Have worked on the limbs for days but it still is not what it looks like on the website. Disappointed
