Never received

I can't rate this product because it was never received. I've had two chats with representatives who assured me that I would be credited for this purchase; the last one said I would receive an email from a supervisor. None of this happened! Shame on you Macy's!! I'm now hesitate to make future purchases from this establishment.

Can't review something that doesn't show up. As of today it says it will be 1 month from ordering before it gets here. It has been with shipper over 2 weeks and not moved out of Florida
