never order from here

Very unprofessional order a few items and entire order was canceled after being processed. ZERO START

Disappointed

Order was processing for almost a week before I received an email saying that order was cancelled due to stock issues. I’m extremely disappointed that there were no alternative or price matches given as I really needed these chairs for the holidays.

Terrible Service

I placed an order for several items, they waited until well after the shipping date to send an email stating my entire order was canceled. They didn't have any of the items. To not have any of the items was ridiculous. To not offer replacements for at least some of them was bad customer service. I was highly disappointed with this company.

I never got my order and after 2 weeks they sent a email saying that the item was out of stock when the order was placed 2 weeks ago so unprofessional
