Plastic, but adjustable

The "vegan" leather, plastic, makes the shoe less comfortable. It does have adjustable straps along the instep and ankle, which is helpful for narrow footed women. It IS NOT white. It is off-white. So, if you are looking for pure white, you will be disappointed.
