Returned

Not as described. Outside pockets were basically useless- no depth. Impressed with return process. No hassle. Have an older red carry on that I love. Unfortunately it has been discontinued.

Well Executed

As a professional pilot, I selected this luggage for its maximum application across international and domestic trips between 5-8 days in length. I can pack everything I need (including headset) in this bag comfortably. The B&R warranty was a defining quality for me, I intend to utilize this bag for a very long time and appreciate a company that stands behind their product(s).

B&R 21” two wheel duffel

Really enjoying my 21” 2 wheeled duffle. Carries my computers and clothes well. Easily fits into the overhead compartment on planes and rolls well through the airport. A good purchase that I’m glad I made.

Bad decision on my part

I bought this 21” carryon and used it for a long weekend. I hated in! It does not roll as smoothly as the other 4 wheel Briggs and Riley carryon I have. The two wheel feature is one I didn’t care for as it takes up more physical space as you drag it behind you. I asked; it is not returnable if used. Don’t make my same mistake! Buy another…

Worth Every Penny

I own 3 bags (one global and two domestic). I wouldn't own anything else. The global is my favorite since it fits all overhead bins without an issue. When traveling internationally the domestics can pose a bit of an issue since international airlines make their bins 1-inch shorter. Hence the global is my trusted incredible travel partner.

Impressions after first trip - all good

First time traveling with a Briggs & Riley bag which I purchased just before a recent trip to Europe. Happy with the luggage. Feels well built, no problems with zippers, wheels, etc (no surprise). I used it purely as a rolling carry on vs as a duffle, and am still questioning whether I should have bought the Baseline Global instead, mainly for the expandable feature, but really no regrets here. Pulled it through several airports and train stations, and on uneven sidewalks on which it performed particularly well. Love the ext. frame as well.
