Received used blanket

There is holes in the bottom of the blanket and it was wet as the bag had a hole in it when delivered . The blanket is soft, but I’m guessing it easily snags and gets holes .very disappointed and no time to return it.

I am returning these items. Very poorly made. I am surprised Macys was originally selling the products for a much higher price. Even the sale price is too much.

Unhappy Customer

UPS posted that my order was “on the way” and a previous update stated it would be delivered on Thursday, 07/10/25. As of today, 07/15/25, I have not received my package. Per the UPS tracking #, “Information not available. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you are the sender, please check with the receiver to confirm delivery. Otherwise, you may start a claim to provide a resolution”.

Disappointed

I was so excited to receive these. I ordered 4 of them. They are soft and I thought they would work perfectly in my living room. There like picks or areas where it looks like it wasn't woven properly on every throw. I am so disappointed. I expect better quality from Macy's. Too much trouble to return so I will find a way to fold them so the areas don't show. Wanted to warn folks to save your money on this item. Disappointing quality. I gave these a 1 because of the softness. The pictures do not show the fact that you can see through the areas between the picked looking spots.

only pretty

oh it's pretty but unusable . comes apart as easily as one could imagine. used it twice and very lightly, decided to wash on gentle as I noticed a slight unpleasant odor( maybe from packaging). Washed on gentle ( no agitator) mild detergent by itself. Frayed beyond use. Regret what I paid for this.
