WONDERFUL STLISH WINTER COAT

Was hesitant because there is no hood, but colllar covers ears and is so warm. beautifully styled coat with bottom zipper so it is easier to get in and out of car. Love the colors it comes in.

I like that it zips all the to yhe neck and the neck part of the coat serves as a scarf. I can wear a short sleeves top with it

Delivery Issues

Great coat, but did not arrive for the holidays. It took many tries with the online automated customer service representative to "re-send" what never seemed to be sent in the first place. Now I will need to ship it to my gift recipient who has returned home in another state.
