Macy’s said shipped but never was!

Placed order and received confirmation email from Macy’s that it had been shipped and was on its way & was supposed to arrive before Christmas. But when I checked status w/ USPS it just said status was pre-shipment (awaiting item). I contacted Macy’s & they informed me it was delayed & I would receive it on the 30th. Well that was a lie because the USPS status on the 29th still showed pre-shipment because they never received the item from Macy’s! So I contacted Macy’s again and now was told that my order was lost during shipping transit. They never even shipped it because usps never received it! They offered to send my order out to me w/ free expedited shipping but now my size isn’t even available! If they would have just been honest in the first place, I could have at reordered it while my size was still available.

Wanted to love

Not a fan of the quality of fabric and didn’t like the color on me. The dress size runs big. I purchased a size Large. I’m 155 lbs, 5 feet, definitely needed a size medium
