Aesthetic and Cleaning Disaster
This blends just fine so far, but after only 3 months, the white version looks like my old 80s childhood Star Wars Millennium Falcon that went from white to yellow after 40+ years. It’s also very hard to keep this thing clean. Constant rust stains inside and out.

We recommend scrubbing the stained area with baking soda and vinegar for tough stains. Simply rinse and wipe clean the next day! We hope this helps! Please be advised, we do add a staining warning to make customers aware it is possible for this unit to stain if not cleaned right away due to the light colorway. However, if you follow our care & cleaning tips (rinse and clean the vessel immediately after use), you should not experience any staining issues. Top 3 kitchen appliance!
These are not only beautiful but also a must for healthy cooking! Great at making sauces (cilantro is a favorite) and smoothies, but also makes the best frittatas when you blend cottage cheese and an egg! Love that I can use them for storage after too!

I feel like in today’s world the customer service from a company holds as much weight as the product itself. And with these blenders, I feel like like the company customer service and the product both are 100 percent, which makes this the best blender I’ve ever experienced.

Pretty but flawed
Bought this back in November and only used it four times. It blends great, but either the plastic or the rubber in the container or base has an odor that just makes it too unpleasant to use.I clean and dry my appliances thoroughly after every use and while this has a lot of ridges and areas that are difficult to clean, it was pretty easy to clean if you do it immediately. However, even with a full clean within minutes of use and a detailed dry and storing unsealed, the rubber or plastic near the blade and the container retained an odor after one use that won't go away no matter what products are used to clean it. Such a shame as it is powerful, easy to use, and nice to look at.

While some food odors can be stubborn, we have several proven methods that can help eliminate persistent smells: 1. If you'd like a deeper wash, all parts of the blender -- except for the base -- can be washed in the dishwasher. Just be sure to put the pieces on the top shelf. 2. Once a week, do a simple blend with 2/3 of a vessel of water and a couple drops of dish soap, and let it run for a minute. 3. Once a month, do a simple blend with ½ Vinegar & ½ Water, and let it run for a minute. 4. Allow all parts of the unit to completely dry out before reassembling. 5. We love the Beast, even though it’s a Beauty too!
We love the Beast! So far our smoothies are extremely smooth and it is super easy to clean which is a huge plus! It is so attractive looking I think they should call it the Beauty Beast. I love the minimalistic design yet its 3 different sized containers are perfect for everything. We’re very happy with our purchase!!
