We’d love to share some care and cleaning tips to help keep your new blade in top condition: 1. Dishwasher-safe cleaning: All parts - except the base - are top-rack dishwasher safe for a deeper clean. 2. Weekly rinse: Blend ⅔ of a vessel of water with a few drops of dish soap and run for one minute. 3. Monthly deep clean: Soak the blade and vessel in a ½ vinegar, ½ water mixture. 4. Drying tip: Place your Performance Blade pin-side down between uses to allow it to dry completely. 5. Daily maintenance: We recommend scrubbing the vessel and blade after every use. Our Cleaning Brush includes a detailing tool specifically designed for cleaning around the blade. 6. Blade replacement: If you're blending frequently, we recommend replacing your blade every six months or so to keep things running smoothly. Our Blending Vessel was designed with 12 internal ribs to enhance blending efficiency by creating turbulence that helps crush ingredients more effectively. That said, we understand that this design can make cleaning a bit trickier. Here are a few tips that can help improve your blending results: 1. Pulse First: Start with 5–7 pulses to break up ingredients before running the full 1-minute blend cycle. 2. Liquid Ratio: Make sure about 1/3 of your blend is liquid for smoother results. 3. Mind the Fill Line: Don’t exceed the Max Fill line. If using powders, stay slightly below it to avoid clumping and ensure proper circulation. 4.
