Item defective

I was sent refurbished wireless head phones PowerBeats by Dre 2 active, they were refurbished and did not hold a charge once they died. No charger was included and I tried multiple type c chargers fast and USB. Along with different outlets. Charging the case with and without buds. Also factory reset and no charger at all. Wouldn’t order from vendor again. Big disappointment.

Meh...

I've had high hopes for these but there are some definitive flaws that are worth mentioning: the fit of the top of the earbuds is not the most comfortable - they rub on my ears and cause discomfort with time; the quality of the audio is not the best, the sound felt muted and not as loud as in any other earbuds I've used before. On the positive, these earbuds hold a charge really well, and the transparency mode worked well for my walks outside. For how much these are being sold for, they left much to be desired.

I have been looking for something new i could wear on my runs because my airpods kept dying or falling out of my ears and this has been perfect the battery lasts so long and the audio is perfect
