YOU DISCLOSE USED PRODUCTS!

Received in box that was too small and tapped beyond belief with shipping tape. Then when I opened the box, the headphones had clearly been opened and used by someone and WERE NOT NEW! The Beats packaging was torn, dented, missing and the headphone were shoved into the case. PLUS when I connected the to my Bluetooth, they showed up with an individuals specialized name for them, not the default name. CLEARLY USED!!!!! Tried to add photos but was unable.
