Seller Review

If Macy’s wants to use 3rd party sellers, they should offer reviews for sellers only. This is for the seller, not the product. Two days after purchasing, the price substantially dropped. I contacted Macys and they happily offered to price adjust the difference (more than $80.) I received an email two days later from the seller, telling me they aren’t required to price adjust and they are NOT refunding me. Why? Because they don’t want to. I sent the product back for a FULL refund and found the same headphones elsewhere for $100 less.

What took me so long!

I ordered these right after christmas on sale because my cousin bought a pair and loved them! So I bit the bullet and bought a pair. I tried them out and WOAH! I never knew what I was missing! I have always cheaped out on headphones and earbuds, but once you try these you can never go back. The noise canceling. It's amazing and the sound is so crisp and clear I can't believe i've gone this long with such crappy sound!
