MOST LIKELY REFURBISHED

Yes, I believe these are refurbished. My box also came dirty as if someone had owned this previously. No where on the listing does it state it is refurbished SO they better not be. I am going to get them checked by a professional and record the process for proof. I have a large following on TikTok and always go viral for exposing scammers so im sure yall will see it or hear about it on TikTok. We def deserve an answer if they are refurbished or not. Im going to find out once I get it analyzed

I like Em!

I was originally planning to replace my broken Studio3s with a standard pair of Beats—but then I came across these beautiful caramel-colored Beats Studio Pros, and they immediately caught my eye. After searching online, I noticed this color was being sold at ridiculously high prices elsewhere. Thankfully, I found them on sale at Macy’s and snatched them up before the deal ended. I’m really happy with my purchase! Delivery was impressively fast—I ordered them on July 29th and received them by August 4th, just four business days later. That alone exceeded my expectations. As for the headphones themselves: they may be a little overhyped in terms of the Studio Pro upgrade. The difference between transparency mode and noise cancellation is subtle—you can tell there’s a shift, but it’s not dramatic. The Head Tracking feature is a fun touch, and the sound quality is solid. I don’t have high-end headphones to compare them to, just some budget ones—but for me, these were definitely worth it.

Wrong Color

Received Dune instead of Earth, also I believe they are used. Box was dirty and it looks refurbished. Disappointed in Macy’s for selling these.
