So far this is living up to its description as medium firm with a cooling feature. I’ve had it 1 week now, and will be taking advantage of the “try-out” period. I’m glad our local Macys store had several mattresses to test in-store before making a purchase… so important to sleep well! I had not purchased a new mattress in several years and was amazed at how thick most of the newer models are; having all of the measurements posted also helped me decide which one to select. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. A good experience!

Perfect after buying the Beautyrest ultra firm mattress. The mattress is very thick compared to regular bed mattress. Had to buy a smaller boxspring so didn't have to 'high jump' onto bed...I'm 5'1"

Working with Gayle was amazing! She knows the product and worked wit us to get all straightend out sunce we had to return another beautyrest as it was defective.

Best mattress I have ever had and the quality is amazing. You may pay a little more for a beautyrest but it is well worth it. We spend one third of our life in bed so who wouldn't want to have the most comfortable sleep ever. I have the Temper Ergo adjustable base and can elevate my upper body or my feet as needed. I absolutely love this mattress and base.

I chose the Beautyrest black C class Plush Pillow top one because it looked so sleek and comfortable.This mattress was soft but not too soft, fit my frame beautifully and although it was higher then my previous mattress the fitted sheets I had still fit it perfectly. The first night I had it I put my pajamas on, turned my favorite show on and crawled into bed not knowing what to expect. WOW. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. As a busy Mom and housewife sleep is so very important to me and this mattress truly delivered! A goods night rest makes the next day go so much smoother.

We had a firm bed previously but it really hurt my hips. No pain with hips on this mattress and I sleep so well. The other thing that is super nice is that you don't feel the other person moving when they get up. I seriously want to buy another one for another room! Best bed I've ever had.

I am a hot sleeper but I love memory foam. This bed has a layer of special memory foam that keeps you from getting hot. It's cool to the touch, and I never get hot from it. The plush pillow top is awesome! It's soft yet firm, the perfect balance. I love the color and design, is very different and beautiful. I get a great night's sleep on it. It's far superior to any mattress I've ever bought. It's perfect for people who get hot from traditional memory foam and need the support of springs. You don't feel the springs at ALL. They evenly distribute your body weight for maximum comfort. I definitely recommend this mattress!
