Great nights sleep.. night after night!

Top quality ErgoMotion adjustable bases! We shopped for months before purchasing these bases (to go with our Simmons Black C Class PillowTop mattresses... which are awesome!) Also- The remote controls are simple to use..

False Advertising

Macy's sells this as a "split king" at a fairly hefty price. Not advertise OR told to you is if you want your "split king" or 2 Twin XL bases to stay side-by-side securely, with no gap...you know, kinda like a "king"... YOU will have to contact the manufacturer YOURSELF and order the 2 connector pieces necessary; 1 at the head and 1 at the foot. I looked at everything after the "White Glove" delivery of my mattress and adj base. None of the leftover pieces triggered concern. I assumed I got "the king" and it was installed correctly. Fast forward 3 months. I experienced hip, shoulder and neck pain. The bed was my only lifestyle change. I called Macy's to arrange a return or 1 time exchange. I scheduled a 2 week gap between the pick up and the next delivery to complete some work in that room. I only discovered the huge gap because of the 2 week break. So, I'm out an additional delivery and restock fee when it could have been the gap? Macy's instructed me to order the connectors myself.
