Initially was comfortable mattress after 16 months middle has dip and is uncomfortable

Comfortable Maui Mattress!

This is a medium firm mattress that is very comfortable for sleeping in any position. I didn't try this at the store and was HOPING it would be good. IT IS wonderful like our other Beautyrest mattresses! We have slept great since the first night. My husband no longer has back pain! The white glove delivery is fabulous, on time, courteous, and take the packaging and old mattress away - all within 10 minutes! Thank you!!
