What Customer Service

I can’t honestly rate the mattress because they delivered the wrong mattress even though I changed the order two weeks before delivery and was assured that the order was correct. The customer service representative blamed me for the error and actually hung up on me. And no, I didn’t swear, raise my voice, or get personal. I will never buy anything tMacy’s again

Good quality but needs to be softer

Form too hard, plush too soft and medium not just rugged still too hard, but wofe loves it
