Not for me... Too soft

I'm giving it 3 starts because of Macy's exceptional costumer service from sales to accommodating my complaints! Like a reviewer wrote, it had a different feel in the store. It seemed much softer at home. It gave me neck issues that graduated to shoulder and hip issues. I had it for the full two months. It's a GREAT mattress just too soft for me. I'm looking to exchange it but not sure if I should go for the Oceanside extra firm or the Tegan luxury firm (a little softer than Oceanside).
