Good design bad fabric

Its really nice dress with good design & fitting but the fabric was not layered from inside and sequin-like disco dots were falling off even before holding the dress in hand! shipping bag had many fallen off dots and the parts of dress where it came off was making the dress look uneven shiny and ugly. While trying it out, many more came off :( I can just imagine what would happen after couple uses and dress would be no disco dot at all...would love this issue to be fixed to get this dress in my wardrobe...
