Accent living room chairs

The chairs has some defective part and when you call Macy they ask you to call the sellet directly . The seller phone is disconnected. No response of email too. I had to pay to have the chairs installed and found out the onevof the front leg was shorter. When I complained to Macy they told me in order to return it I have to dismantle and ship to the seller.
