Not what expected

The traditional air popper is much safer and practical than this Bella one. I tried it out and it burned the popcorn on the first try. It also was potentially dangerous as the plate gets very hot and then you are to flip the unit to get the popcorn and use the plastic top as a bowl. I returned it the next day.
