Loved the coffeepot

Great coffeepot, however, stopped working after only 9 months! Not happy it didn't last even a year!!

Bad quality

Coroded nut ring around the heating cup. This nut is definitely not stainless steel, like the rest of the item. It is a harsh heavy metal that is turning black with roughening all over it. It doesn't seem to be something that sa human should drink from and the rough corrosion does not come off, neither with the vinegar cleaning nor baking soda as suggested in the pamphlet it came with or the company that made it, which I called and after much discussion, I learned that Macy's has a 1 yr warrant on this to me for this product and to go through you to get a refund. They are located in Canada and would take months to go through their processes for a refund. I plan to find a better quality perculator.

i love coffee made in that percolator

I have a single serve coffee mashine and were looking for coffee maker for 6-8 cups. After my researches i foung that percolators is the best choice. I love aroma and taste of coffee from that percolator. Plus it holds perfect temperature without bitter taste and it's stainless steel, easy to clean too.
