Small but works well

This toaster is smaller than I expected. It doesn't fit 4 regular slices of bread, but could probably fit 4 English muffin slices. It is perfect for cooking small frozen pizzas or warming up leftovers. For the price, it does a very good job.

I received a Defective product

My product was defective. It worked fine for toast but then I tried to bake a small 8"X 8" cake. That's when the defect showed up. The rack did not fit well in its slot and when I tried to turn my cake pan, the rack fell onto the heating element. It was then that I noticed that the door was not in line with the body of the oven. Without the two sides matching, there was not way that the rack could stay in the slot. Also, the hook on the door didn't catch because it was out of alignment.
