Every time I go to Macy’s, they don’t have anything I want. They have one item inside the store one slow cooker. All the rest are gone and this is all year long. There’s no excuses and I’m not ordering online so I don’t know how much longer I’ll be shopping there.

Terrible service

I ordered the slow cooker and I received a juicer. I can believe that a store with such a good reputation make that kind of mistakes. Very upsetting.

Knob keeps coming off

Handle keeps coming off. This is a major flaw. The outside is a dark plum color, and the pot is eggplant color. Nothing wrong with that. However, the issue with the turn knob repeatedly coming off is a major problem.
