Doesn’t even work

I tried to use it today for the first time for Labor Day and it doesn’t even work and I have tried a different plug in but it wouldn’t still come on

Great replacement for chafing servers.

I will be giving away my chafing servers that use stereo warmers. These warmers work so much better with out the need for flames. The cords are short but I did use and extension cord and it was fine. A large foil catering pan fits across all three panels. Love these warmers.
