no luck

I bought these shoes in navy suede and liked them a lot, so I bought a second pair in black leather. They fit totally differently. Had to return the leather ones as they were to tight and cut in several places, so disappointed, and I had to pay for shipping return. Not cool. Other stores don't charge for returns.

Bella vita shoes

I bought 3 pairs of Bella vita flats. The shoes are well made and come in extended sizes, and wide width. Thanks Macy’s for carrying this brand. Please continue to make fabulous shoes

Run wide, do not look/feel like genuine leather

I wear size 9 Narrow. Unfortunately these shoes are wider than most and they gap at the heel, falling off my foot in the back. I had to return them. The material is supposed to be genuine leather but look and feel more like faux leather. I returned them

Narrow is not narrow.

Ordered narrow and hoped for an actually narrow shoe. It was not. Shoe is especially wide across the vamp.

Not true to size

I thought the shoes were really pretty and would have kept them if they were true to size. I wear a size 5 so I don’t have the advantage of getting a smaller size.
