Beautiful boots, beautifully packaged but they are very narrow. I ventured to order my size in wide just in case and they still fit pretty tight. Sadly will have to return

Runs small otherwise comfortable, cute, & leather

Bella Vita Sueann Bootie is cute and is leather material, which is nice. But, it runs small to where I needed at least a size bigger. The toe box seems narrow.The heel, though, seems a bit wide to where my heel slips. The Macy phone rep Nefre was very nice when I spoke to her about exchanging the 6.5M I ordered for a 7.5M. I was in luck that my size was still available. I am hoping things go well with the larger size as I like the bootie otherwise.

Not true to size

These boots run small. I typically wear an 11 but purchased a 12 for the extra room with heavy socks but it was tight for a 12. Maybe even a 10.5. Very disappointing.
