Sent me wrong shoe and wrong size!

I was so excited to receive these shoes! I did not get them. I ordered size 7.5 in snakeskin. Instead, I was sent a size 10 pair of pewter-colored Maryjanes!!! Totally different shoe, totally different size. When I went to re-order, they are no longer available! Disappointed. Macy’s, you need to do better. I am not looking forward to having to explain this to the sales clerk at the return desk. Buyer beware!

Like the look of the shoe; however seems to have no traction. I slid on floor when I tried them on. Not sure yet if I will keep
