Beautiful earrings

Purchased for a gift, beautiful earrings. Apparently good quality too! I am hopeful they would be liked by the reciever. The pearls are peachish-pink in color, nice round shape. Macy’s sales rep was awesome too!

Presentation! was Disgraceful n Disgusting!

The earrings are no doubt beautiful and this will be the LAST time I purchase anything from Macy’s. PERIOD I was personally insulted with the presentation and doubly shocked by the customer service I received when I brought it to their attention. The box looked like it was salvaged from the trash can and used for the earrings. Like gourmet food in plastic-foamed paper plates. Like an expensive car sold from a used car lot with junky cars. You get the idea. See the pic below. All customer service had to say via chat is they r shipped from a 3rd vendor n I’m sorry. Why Home Depot has better customer satisfaction than Macy’s. Back to Brook Brothers where they know how to treat valued customers. Never again! I’ll just go to Zales!

The earrings are beautiful in design but the stem is very weak. It bends easily. I returned it and the matching pendant.
