The picture has 3 diamonds in each row. And band seems wide enough to hold 3 diamonds on picture. Actual item has only 1 diamond per row and band is thinner. Item was misrepresented.
Macys Item Processing
Macys had two rings similar in style from the same vendor. The item i ordered was the more expensive item on sale. Pearls with diamonds set in 10k SOLID gold setting. What i received was the cheap version with pearl and CZ set in gold PLATED. I had a suspicion when I ordered mine. So I screen shot both pictures and descriptions. Whomever pulled the item didnt bother to read the tag with the item number on the ring. The one I ordered was out of stock and not coming back. Shame on Macys. Better quality control is needed. This is not the first time!
I did not get the product I booked
I was shipped with different product that what I booked. I booked 10K gold ring, image on the website had multiple diamond rows. product i received looks completely different.

I ordered this ring . In picture there are 2 rows of diamonds with 3 diamonds in each row. The one I received has only 1 Diamond in a row. Wrong item sent, not as picture.
