Delivered and a gift bag tangled and knotted

I was OK with the quality of the necklace however it was wired up in a terrible knot in the gift bag that it was sent to me and it took about 25 minutes to untie all of the knots very poor packaging

Looks fake, can see a line where bead was glued together. Dont think this is a real cultured pearl
