Price tag broke chain

The necklace is delicate and pretty - but I found out why it was discounted so deeply. The placement of the price tag on the chain was in a bad spot and even careful removal broke the chain. However, Macy's did refund the price on my return of the necklace

You get what you pay for

The picture looks way better than the real thing. I bought this for my granddaughter. It came with the very thin chain all badly knotted up in a little plastic bag. The picture is many times larger and prettier than the pearl and chain...keep in mind that 7mm is less than a quarter of an inch...really small. I should have known better than to mail order jewelry.

Terrible

I purchased this necklace in September 2025 and I gave it to my granddaughter for Christmas. It’s March, she chose to wear it now in March for her Cotillion only to discover that it broke even before she put it on. Of course it’s too late to return it, but I’m furious. She was very disappointed!
