Hi could you replace it for the same price due to poor customer service received a broken damaged pearl necklace after waiting for long to go on sale.

Buyer beware

Ordered online for a gift and when i went to pick up Immediately returned. Necklace knots up way to easily, the hardware was extremely delicate which i believe could break easily from the knots and the clasp is ridiculous if a woman had to put on without someone being available.
