I’m travel all the way from Canada to Macy’s Boulevard Mall only because of your two previous staff members namely Tina and Jilly. The service I receive from them is simply the best. Tina always makes sure to get what ever the item I need if not available at her store from any store around the US. Both these ladies are the only reason I go to Macy’s. The store overall needs a bit of uplift as it looks a bit old and tired, the store manager and Tina makes even that shortcoming disappear. From the time I walk in until I walk out, they always ensure I am well taken care of, I have observed the same service is offered by Tina who ever needs help. I sincerely hope the management will recognize these two ladies and hold on to these two individuals. They truly repeat Macy’s in a grand way. Thank you Tina and Jilly - you are truly the brand ambassador of Macy’s.

poor quality

The pearls on this bracelet are very bad quality. Lumpy, discolored and not uniform at all. Not at all like the picture. Will be returning

Nice bracelet for the price- but I received it in a plastic, zip lock bag- would have been nice to been shipped in a proper fine- jewelry box. Geez!
