Order Was Given To Someone Else

I sat at the curbside pick up waiting for my order. Then I received a message that my order has been picked up. Supervisor just said he was sorry for my inconvenience. I would not recommend Macy's to anyone!!!

beautiful pearls but bad earring backs

I love my new pearl earrings. 7 mm is perfect for what I was looking for. They are very comfortable. However, I had to replace the earring back. It was ridiculously small and hard to handle.

Defective

The gold metal piece fell of the pearl . The gold metal back was to big. The metal fell off yesterday and the warranty is over hope a jeweler can fixed it. Do not recommend
