Defective product

Poor quality product. Purchased 1 year ago. The post separated from the pearl while I was wearing the earrings. I almost ripped my earlobe in a panic to remove the post from my ears. Do NOT purchase these earrings. I’m now stuck with defective pearl earring that cannot be returned. I’m active duty military stationed overseas so difficult walk into a local store. How disappointing!

Poor quality

Tried ordering these twice. The first pair had a “dent” in one of the earrings and the second pair had a backing that was useless - fell right off. No more Macy’s jewelry for me. I purchased on sale but they’re not even worth that price.
