Very disappointing.

The pearls looked nothing like the picture. One of the pearls was loose in the box because the backing was damaged. Returned.

Earring backs

I purchased these earrings for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them, however the backs of both earrings are loose. She has a supply of backings but they are too large. Can someone help me determine the size of the backings so I can find replacements? Thank you.

Poor quality

Don’t buy. Poor quality the earring back pulled apart when I attempted to remove tag. The earring post was so thin and soft it bent in my hand. I returned to Macys the next day.
