Backing piece is tiny!

The backing, which holds the earring in the ear, is so very small (tiny) that it does not hold the earring in place. I have returned it to Macy's.

Pretty and 😞

I knew it was trouble when I opened the box and heard the rattle. The pearls are beautiful but the posts are so thin thw backs do not stay on. Had to return them, sadly. I expected better quality from Macy's

These are supposedly 14 k but my ears are getting irritated from wearing them... otherwise they're pretty

The package was something out of a coin vending machine. I was so disappointed.

Not as pictured

The photos showed a round spherical shaped pearl. What l received was a flat, button-like pearl. Not what l wanted, so earrings were returned.

Wrong item received

I ordered a different brand of earrings and what I received is completely different I received a Macy & Co brand of jewelry and the price was different too. This is the second time this has happened im very upset.
