Horrendous experience!
Ordered Bellino caramel recliner one day next day reported shipped. Read reviews and testimonials next day and chose to cancel and told by Macys too late but when it was delivered don’t accept and ask to return to sender. Waited two and half days they said it was out for delivery. Kept looking out door and listening for motor of delivery truck. Weather harsh and husband monitoring out front door. He turned his back to talk to me saying nothing there when I walked up a big box left in our drive way!!!! Incredulous we could miss this! No one knocked or rung door bell!! It was snowing. We rushed out and pushed box and started calling Macys for directions. Long range process to stop payment ! This has to be a plan of this company. No business would intentionally use a delivery system that does this stunt. Every one be ware and monitor reputable companies that choose unmonitored sub contractors . Very stressful and still not solved with days ahead to get money returned!

Furniture
The worst delivery experience ever. FedEx scheduled and cancelled my delivery on five separate occasions. I adjusted my schedule for each one to discover it wasn't going to happened. Very disappointed with FedEx delivery service. Would not recommend ordering furniture through a third party ever. Macy's offered a free return because of the delays.

WRONG COLOR!
Wrong color! Ordered a dove gray chair. Delivered a brown chair. Extremely disappointed.

What happened to white glove service
The recliner, in a huge battered box was left outside my door in a rainstorm, leaving a 76 year old woman (me) to have to drag it in alone. I haven’t opened it yet because I need help getting it out of the box. I hope it is not ruined. I’m furious with Macy’s delivery service.
