This I thought would have roller type of movement to the body and back . It was mostly just vibrated . Gave it back

Compact full body massage mat with heat

This mat is great to relax and unwind after a long day at work. The mat has a heat function in addition to the multiple spots on the body. It's easy to take out and store away. You can allow it to massage one spot on your body or all of them at once. The mat is easy to clean and easy to use. I love it, and recommend it to anyone who likes to relax.

Does Amazing massage

i just recieved it today and was so excited to try it on. it was perfact for whole body massage as it reaches to each point of body and relaxes all muscles. i really enjoyed my first massage. cant wait to use it more. Definitely recommend.

Easy set up, certain areas better than rest

This massager is good to use. Quite like the chair massagers, this has 4 areas neck, back, lumbar(lower back) and legs. 3 different intensities - low, medium and high and 5 modes of operation. Heat can be turned ON or OFF. Now for the plus's - The back and lumbar were good for massage. Couldn't feel neck in the right place maybe because of my height maybe. Legs was mostly like vibrations, didn;t feel much massage there. Out of the modes M1 and M2 were the only good options, with M2 I can set any area I want. Intensities - medium and high are good. Low was not enough. I really liked that its just plug in and start, nothing to assemble. Came in a nice big box. I have been using several times a week. Also easy to fold up and put away so doesn't occupy space. For some targeted areas I will need something else though.

Disappointed

I received a used mat with hair and a lot of dirty spots.
