Painful neck massage will return!

My husband & I agree the neck massage is too strong. Could not find any placement of neck without experiencing excruciating pain. We are a healthy strong couple but this massage is very unpleasant. Disappointed & will return

Ahhh

I was skeptical when I purchased this but very glad I did! There are multiple modes and It has already provided much needed relief! Won't take the place of a good chiropractor or massage therapist on the occasion but definitely a good investment. Glad I was able to get this on sale, can't say I would justify the expense at full price. Would buy again, even my daughter loves it
