It hurts a little bit

The bigger shiatsu ball is slightly too big which makes the massage a bit painful.

Not worth the cost

Great massager, loved how it worked and felt - but the gears stripped less than 3 months after I started using it and it is really not wireless as was described when I bought it.

It's awesome and exactly what a Therapist needs. I think Macy's awesome too.

Perfect if it were cordless.

I really like this product the only drawback is that it has to be plugged in during use. The plug in is just too short to use comfortable. Had to return it.
