I’ve ordered a pack of 12. Only received 2 towels. Had to take a drive to Macys to return the towels. Even the customer service agent was not able to find the items when scanned. I finally returned the item a few days have passed and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Third party vendor BeWare!

Ordered 3 sets of this 2 pack. Only received three towels instead of the six I ordered! Contacted Macys and all they can do is request a refund. I now am without the towels and it is now up to me to take them to UPS to be returned. Horrible customer service!
