No quality control on online orders!

Will never order online from Macy’s again. It arrived in a box torn in multiple places and taped over. These “luxury” towels arrived in the cheap plastic wrappers that they were shipped from the supplier in Turkey. No attempt made to portray these as high quality as the marketing copy would lead you to believe. Walmart towels looked better! I returned everything and ordered from another more reputable company. I will never order online again.

Thin and scratchy material

Towels are very thin and scratchy feeling. There were loose threads and unraveling of seams before first use.
