Came broken n cracked

I love the aesthetics of the product. 1 small box was cracked 1 medium lid was broken. 2 out of 6 boxes can not be used. I want to return the whole set. Please help.

Like everything but the lids

Okay so I have bought many glass storage containers because I am trying to get rid of plastic containers. I really like these glass containers and the idea of a glass lid leak proof top vs plastic. Now that being said the biggest issue I have with these containers is the lids! Once sealed at times they are impossible to take off. Most of my other bought brands have good seals but these are way tougher to get off. I see others have had the same problem. That being said I would probably purchase other brands because dealing with locking these lids and taking them off have been troublesome.
