Good one

Good one. However, I can't use this in the oven like other GEM.

Great pans for a foodie or even a non-foodie

I love these pans. They cook so evenly, wash well and I love that they can go from stovetop to oven. They are not extremely heavy like a case iron pan, but heavy enough to withstand high heat.
